This IC role owns product strategy and end-to-end delivery, partnering closely with Controls, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Technology, Data/AI teams, and senior business stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience delivering complex platforms end-to-end.
Experience in a controls-heavy banking environment (Risk & Controls, Compliance, Audit).
Proven track record delivering AI/automation products in production with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Set product vision and strategy for AI transformation in Trusts & Estates Controls.
Own the roadmap and prioritization, translating goals, obligations, and risk appetite into delivery plans.
Lead discovery and define requirements: journeys, use-case intake, value sizing, and success metrics.
Embed governance and audit trails into product design with access controls and evidence capture.
Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities.
Drive stakeholder alignment across business, Controls, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
Own delivery using agile practices: epics, acceptance criteria, releases, dependencies, risk management.
Champion responsible AI with monitoring, human-in-the-loop where needed, and user guidance.
Enable adoption and change through training, communications, and continuous improvement.
