Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and improving business processes across functions.
• Support AI use-case identification, pilots, and adoption efforts.
• Gather, organize, and analyze operational data to measure outcomes.
• Support planning and execution of transformation initiatives and change activities.
• Help develop process documentation, templates, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement recommendations.
