Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a 4-year degree in Technology, CS or Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the program
• Program dates May 3, 2027 – August 12, 2027
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to summarize clearly
• Willingness to collaborate in a team and learn from feedback

Responsibilities

• Support AI awareness and digital enablement initiatives
• Document AI-related business use cases and workflows
• Assist with project communications and meeting notes
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for cross-functional teams
• Maintain project docs, briefs, timelines, and cost/budget tracking
• Prepare project artifacts and leadership-ready materials
• Schedule and support meetings using Teams and Outlook
• Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in stakeholder interactions
