Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced consultant to help technology and AI clients translate strategy into measurable results. You will drive end-to-end transformation, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver value across large-scale programs with significant client impact.

You will travel 40-50% (up to 80% as needed) and shape proposals while maintaining high client satisfaction. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in tech or consulting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models.
• Drive execution alongside client teams; remove barriers, manage stakeholders, ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against ROI.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations; including AI-related spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Build the project infrastructure that keeps engagements running; create workplans, governance, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress and recommendations to executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish; design approach, manage work, deliver outputs ready for client.
• Maintain high quality across all team outputs; coherence, rigor, client-readiness.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
• Lead the client relationship day-to-day; manage communication and expectations.
• Keep internal delivery on track; coordinate across workstreams.
