Responsibilities

• Drive execution alongside client teams, remove barriers, manage stakeholders, ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformations and track ROI in real time.
• Identify and capture cost reduction and efficiency opportunities, including AI spend and infrastructure usage.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, risk logs, and decision records.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress and recommendations to executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish with clear ownership and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth.
