Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models.
• Drive execution with client teams; remove barriers, manage stakeholders, ensure lasting impact.
• Size value at stake and track ROI in real time.
• Execute cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, risk logs.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress to executives.
• Lead workstreams from design to delivery; ensure outputs are client-ready.
• Own quality across all team deliverables; ensure coherence and rigor.
• Support business development and grow client relationships.
• Lead client relationship day-to-day; manage communications and expectations.
• Coordinate across workstreams to keep delivery on track.
• Mentor junior team members and invest in their growth.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
