Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans and operating models.
• Drive execution alongside client teams; remove barriers and ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery; demonstrate ROI.
• Execute cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations; including AI spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Build the project infrastructure to keep engagements on track; define workplans, governance, logs, and risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress and recommendations to executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish; design approach, manage work, and deliver client-ready outputs.
• Ensure coherence and client-ready quality across all team outputs.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
• Lead client relationships day-to-day and manage expectations.
• Coordinate across workstreams to keep delivery on track.
• Develop junior team members and invest in their growth.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
