Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in tech or consulting.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.
• Strong client communication skills with ability to influence executives.
• Delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements with AI focus.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI and AI-powered platforms.
• Familiarity with AI ecosystems, LLM tooling, or AI platform strategies.
• Experience driving insights using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action with implementation plans and operating models.
• Drive execution alongside client teams and remove barriers.
• Size and track ROI of transformation initiatives in real time.
• Execute cost reduction and efficiency opportunities, including AI-related spend.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, risk tracking.
• Create client-ready materials communicating progress and recommendations.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish with coherent, client-ready outputs.
• Develop junior team members and provide ownership opportunities.
• Travel: average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
