Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Transformation & Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that combine Lean Six Sigma, AI, automation, and digital innovation.

You will partner with the Global Distribution Group leadership and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformational programs that simplify work and boost productivity. The role blends process excellence, AI strategy, intelligent automation, consulting and change management to drive

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and/or equivalent
• Experience leading enterprise process transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong business consulting and executive facilitation skills
• Experience leveraging AI solutions, generative AI, automation platforms, RPA or workflow automation
• Experience evaluating AI/automation opportunities and developing business cases
• Understanding of change management methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple functions and executives

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with executive leadership to design scalable operating models
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and strategic consulting
• Identify, prioritize and implement AI, automation and digital solutions to simplify work and boost productivity
• Help establish governance for AI and automation including standards, ROI tracking and risk management
• Champion Change Management, training and knowledge management for technology adoption
• Measure value with KPI development, ROI tracking and executive dashboards
