Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Sr AI Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation of core business processes through AI enablement. You will combine business process expertise with AI/ML capabilities and change leadership to reshape operations.

You will drive discovery, redesign, and deployment across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, building cross-functional teams, establishing ROI-driven roadmaps, and ensuring governance and adoption of AI solutions.

Qualifications

• MBA or relevant master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives with strong emphasis on AI/ML-enabled transformation, intelligent automation, and technology-driven organizational change.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end processes (Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Revenue, Procure-to-Pay, Integrated Supply Chain) and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, etc.
• Proven track record delivering functional transformation with measurable outcomes across multiple business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, agentic frameworks, intelligent automation, and cloud AI platforms (like Azure AI).
• Executive presence and stakeholder engagement: ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.—identifying high-impact opportunities and redesigning workflows with AI agents and automation.
• Build partnerships with function leaders to translate priorities into transformation roadmaps and ROI-driven business cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to pilot and scale AI-enabled processes, driving adoption through change management and measurable results.
• Establish AI transformation methodology and capability—defining frameworks, prioritization models, and playbooks while building internal capability.
• Ensure AI solutions meet delivery on schedule, results, and governance standards.
