Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Chicago seeks a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate, design new business models, and drive AI-enabled enterprise transformation. You’ll work across strategy, technology, and people to deliver measurable outcomes while shaping workforce and operating models for the future.

The role emphasizes learning tools, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
• Strong writing/storytelling; comfortable presenting and facilitating.
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable in fast-moving programs.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement and agentic workflows.
• Strong collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Basic understanding of how AI-enabled tools are applied in organizational change contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans
• Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs)
• Support training planning/content development and enablement execution
• Track adoption metrics and feedback; synthesize insights into actions
• Support change network operations and governance cadences
• Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards
