Job summary

Prequel Solutions is seeking an AI Transformation & Organizational Change Lead to drive the adoption of AI within a large Pennsylvania public-sector organization. You will help build the AI roadmap, establish governance and operating models, and lead business and workforce changes needed to realize AI value across the enterprise.

This is a remote contract through May 2028 with onsite work in Middletown, PA as needed; you must be able to reach Middletown within three hours in an emergency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex IT programs and business-process change.
• 3+ years integrating AI into business and IT operations.
• Experience with Prosci ADKAR, ITIL 4, or Agile Change Management.
• The ability to work with executives, business leaders, IT and vendors.
