Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Jersey City is seeking an AI Transformation Lead Technical Program Manager to guide a multi-year workforce and HR platforms transformation. You will translate executive intent into a clear roadmap, drive cross-functional delivery, and embed responsible AI capabilities into project execution.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, product, HR, and controls to ensure transparent delivery, manage dependencies, and enable sustained adoption across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management in a large organization.
• Ability to lead delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups with executive communication.
• Strong strategic and analytical capability with data-driven metrics (OKRs/KPIs, delivery health indicators).
• Governance and controls orientation, including risk/issue management and steering engagement.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, change management, and benefits realization in complex transformations.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills; able to present recommendations to senior leaders.
• Fluency across delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and apply the right approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for a complex, multi-year transformation with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Lead governance and executive cadence, including OKRs, KPIs, steering materials, RAID, dependencies, and reporting.
• Create and maintain integrated plans across teams and vendors with milestones and cutover planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, architecture, product, HR, and stakeholders; remove blockers.
• Enable change management, adoption, training, readiness tracking, and measurement of realized outcomes.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths with clear options and recommendations.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives and insights with data visualization to communicate progress and decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums to build shared understanding and momentum across leadership.
• Strengthen delivery discipline and continuous improvement, applying modern delivery practices.
• Champion AI fluency and responsible adoption of agentic capabilities within program execution.
