A specialist AI firm serving the financial services sector is hiring a senior leader to run client AI programs from first conversation through to live production. It's a leadership role with a clear route up to Director, and it stays close to the technology. You'll be credible in the boardroom and in the architecture review.
About the Company
The firm works with large banks, payments businesses, fintechs, and capital markets firms, putting generative AI, agentic systems, and machine learning into live use. Senior practitioners sit inside client teams and build alongside them, so the work is embedded and outcome-driven rather than advisory slideware.
