Job summary

Praecipio Consulting is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive enterprise AI initiatives by shaping organizational design, governance, and operating models that enable AI adoption. You will collaborate with AI strategy, engineering, and enablement leads to build Praecipio's own AI transformation playbook and scale it for client delivery.

In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary engagements, facilitate executive workshops, and articulate a clear vision of AI-native organizations, while

Qualifications

Deep expertise in organizational design and change management within consulting or transformation delivery.
Ability to discuss AI strategy, engineering, and enablement with technical leads.
Clear point of view on what AI-native organizations look like.

Responsibilities

Lead client operating model engagements: org design, decision rights, governance, and workforce readiness for teams working alongside AI agents
Facilitate AI advisory workshops with executive and delivery audiences
Architect how Praecipio's own teams work with AI agents, and build the change frameworks that make adoption stick
Turn engagement learnings into repeatable, sellable methodology in a domain where the playbook is still being written
Carry client-billable strategy work alongside internal methodology building
