Job summary

Veeam Software in the United States is offering a Summer Internship from June to August 2027. You’ll join the AI & Automation Engineering team to design and prototype AI-driven tools, agents, and automations that scale a fast-moving team.

You will collaborate with team leads, automate repetitive work, evaluate AI platforms, and document your results for continuity after the program ends. This paid internship builds personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in Python through coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and applying them to problems.
• Comfort with APIs, scripting, and connecting systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and test AI-driven tools, agents, and automations.
• Identify repetitive work and convert it into automated solutions.
• Build automation around internal feedback loops for faster information flow.
• Evaluate AI platforms and tooling and recommend practical value.
• Document and hand off what you build for post-internship use.
• Present work, results, and recommendations to CoE leadership.
