Job summary

Veeam Software is offering a Summer Internship for students entering their final year, focusing on AI transformation within the People & Culture group. As a People & Culture AI Transformation Intern, you’ll help scale AI adoption through strategy, enablement, and operations.

You’ll prototype AI workflows, build enablement assets, organize resources in SharePoint, and track adoption with Excel dashboards. Strong communication and AI curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (must-have): used tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot or similar.
• Curiosity about how AI changes work and the ability to use it thoughtfully.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making progress without step-by-step instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; keep docs and tasks tidy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, tables, charts).
• Able to evaluate AI outputs and iterate quickly toward better results.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI workflows and agents using tools like M365 Copilot, VeeamGPT, Claude and other AI tools.
• Turn enablement into durable assets: create checklists, templates, quick-start guides, and playbooks for HR practitioners.
• Build and maintain HR AI knowledge base and documentation in SharePoint for easy discovery.
• Assist intake hygiene, status updates, and lightweight project tracking to keep work visible.
• Track adoption signals and impact metrics using Excel dashboards.
• Capture requirements from HR practitioners and translate them into clear next steps.
• Improve AI output quality and brand safety; iterate toward higher-quality results.
• Contribute assets that can be reused as scalable HR AI enablement.
