Job summary

Nagarro in Boston is seeking a high-intensity account growth leader to drive double-digit YoY growth for key accounts and to position Nagarro with CXOs as the strategic partner for AI transformation. You will systematically expand the breadth and depth of engagements by shaping CXO agendas, coordinating with procurement and Nagarro delivery teams, and securing testimonials that demonstrate impact.

This role requires strong relationship building and a proven track record of scaling enterprise

Qualifications

Has at least 20 years of key account leadership experience managing a $20M+ account for a professional services firm.
Ability to credibly engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads and build warm relationships.
AI fluency in an industry context and ability to discuss AI transformation with value-led articulation.
Deal shaping and commercial acumen to construct and defend a business case.
Comfortable in procurement and legal negotiations.
Collaborative operator who works with engineering and capability teams and earns their trust.

Responsibilities

Deliver double-digit YoY growth at one or more key accounts.
Position Nagarro with CXOs as the strategic partner for AI transformation.
Systematically expand the breadth and depth of the engagement.
Grow assigned portfolio through structured account planning, shaping CXO agendas, and coordinating with Nagarro to identify and sell expanded offerings.
