GoodLeap’s AI Transformation team leads the delivery of AI-powered solutions across the company, guiding agents, plugins, and evaluation harnesses. The engineering manager will oversee architecture, delivery, and operational health, mentoring engineers while advancing agentic workflows and secure, compliant practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional partnership with Product and Governance, and scaling the team as AI initiatives expand across fintech capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on with LLM-based or agentic AI products (prompting, evals, agent frameworks).
• Strong cloud-native architecture knowledge (AWS or equivalent), API design, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow the AI Transformation engineering team; manage hiring and career development.
• Own architecture, delivery, and reliability of AI solutions, including agents, plugins, evaluations, and analytics.
• Guide decisions on agentic workflows and MCP-based orchestration while enforcing security and compliance.
• Coordinate with Product, business units, and Enterprise AI Governance to drive delivery and KPIs.
• Drive CI/CD, observability, and manage technical debt as the AI portfolio scales.
