Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production software, preferably using Python and modern cloud platforms.
• Experience delivering production AI, LLM, automation, or workflow solutions.
• Strong consulting and discovery skills to understand business problems first.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, goals, and challenges.
• Lead discovery workshops, map current-state processes, identify root causes and improvements.
• Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility, adoption, and ROI.
• Balance redesign, AI, automation, integrations, and software engineering to define solutions.
• Design, build, deploy, and support production AI apps, automations, & data solutions.
• Own engagements from discovery through implementation and measurement.
• Define success metrics and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Coach partners to own and evolve solutions post-delivery.
• Develop reusable frameworks and best practices for future transformations.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
