Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science, information processing, or related field.
• Hands-on production experience with LLMs: prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK).

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ business needs and translate them into deployable AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, conversational interfaces.
• Integrate these solutions into clients’ environments (APIs, databases, business tools).
• Support adoption through evangelization, training, and iteration.
• Iterate with stakeholders to maximize impact in production.
• Bridge between technical teams and business decision-makers to show value.
