Job summary

Sia is seeking an AI Transformation Consultant to help organizations rethink work with generative AI, automation, and agent-based workflows. You’ll partner with business and technology leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities, prototype solutions, and scale AI-enabled ways of working across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for someone who blends structured problem solving with curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and a builder’s mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in management consulting.
• Experience supporting digital, data, automation, or AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and enterprise adoption challenges.
• Hands-on with AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or related platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact generative AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Translate challenges into AI use cases, workflows, and solution concepts.
• Design and prototype AI-powered workflows and agent-driven solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and governance for AI initiatives.
• Measure adoption, performance, and business impact of solutions.
