Job summary

Sia seeks an AI Transformation Manager to drive strategy and delivery for clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors. You’ll partner with executives to identify AI value, map roadmaps, and lead change—no coding required, but strong business judgment is essential.

You'll guide multi‑stream programs, build governance, and mentor consultants, shaping the ETI practice and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting or business transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation.
• Experience identifying business process improvements and driving organizational change.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Transformation Strategy by partnering with executives to identify value and develop roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, balancing scope, timelines, and risks with technical teams.
• Evaluate AI tool options and guide enterprise adoption with governance and KPIs.
• Lead process redesign initiatives and build repeatable frameworks for transformation.
