Sia’s Forward Deployed Engineer role sits at the intersection of engineering and change management, translating AI prototypes into deployable, value-driven solutions for clients. You’ll design, deploy, and iteratively improve LLM-based systems, while helping client teams adopt and scale the tools.

Qualifications

• Hold an engineering degree or equivalent high-level training in CS or related field.
• Hands-on production experience with LLMs: prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agent orchestration.
• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK).
• Comfortable with API integration and connecting heterogeneous systems.
• Cloud deployment/operation experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong client-context sense — identify useful outcomes and deliver value quickly.
• Ability to teach non-technical teams and drive transformation.
• Desire to take on high-value responsibilities quickly in a fast-growing AI practice.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ business needs and translate them into deployable AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflows.
• Integrate solutions into clients’ environments (APIs, databases, tools).
• Support adoption through evangelization, training, and continuous iteration.
• Iterate with stakeholders to refine production solutions and maximize impact.
• Bridge technical teams and business decision-makers, translating complexity into value.
