Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead AI transformation engagements at our most strategic accounts, including leading law firms, Fortune 500 legal departments, and major financial institutions. Working with a Practice Director, you will scope work, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of outcomes across complex engagements.

Qualifications

4–6 years in management consulting, transformation delivery, or senior client advisory with ownership of engagements.
Track record of shifting mindset and behavior among autonomous professionals, ideally lawyers or a comparable expert group.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and pulling in specialists when needed.

Responsibilities

Run transformation engagements end to end, turning objectives into a delivery plan and holding stakeholders accountable.
Identify value across strategy, governance, technology, process redesign, and learning and development.
Shift how legal professionals work by earning trust, guiding behavior, and ensuring durable change.
Orchestrate the engagement team and cross-functional collaborators to align on timing and impact.
Close out with documented outcomes, risks, and recommended next steps for ongoing work.
