RoboStrategy is seeking an AI Transformation Engineer to redesign how we work and help make us an AI-native investment firm. You will build internal AI tools and workflows that span research, diligence, reporting, content and operations.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of software/AI experience or equivalent independent work.
• Strong Python and hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Portfolio of AI tools or products you have built and shipped.
• Experience integrating APIs and data sources; comfortable with cloud infra.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues; capable of teaching.
• AI startup or fast-moving team experience is a plus; finance background not required.

Responsibilities

• Map team processes to identify bottlenecks where AI adds value.
• Design, build, and deploy internal AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Train teams and document tools to embed AI in daily work.
• Track new models, test quickly, and recommend adoption.
• Integrate data sources, CRM, and internal platforms for accurate info.
• Work with compliance on safeguards for sensitive investor data.
