The Cloud Advisory Practice helps clients plan and implement scalable, secure architectures and DevOps for enterprise AI workloads.

As a Cloud Architect, you will design multi-agent systems, orchestrate agentic AI patterns, and lead teams delivering composable architectures across industries such as financial services,

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building interesting and innovative applications, with at least 1 year working with AI/LLM systems in production or production-like contexts.
• 3+ years explaining complex AI concepts to executive audiences and translating between technical capabilities and business value.
• 2+ years designing and building software systems, including planning AI-native architectures, infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• 5+ years leading an agile team and managing the unique challenges of AI development.
• 1 year designing engineering systems and DevOps for AI workloads (model deployment, monitoring, version control for prompts).
• 1 year understanding the economics of AI systems (token costs, latency tradeoffs, when to fine-tune vs. prompt).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement AI- and cloud-based transformation strategies for clients.
• Design agentic architectures and multi-agent systems.
• Transform legacy cores into composable, event-driven architectures for human-AI collaboration at scale.
• Map dependencies, analyze git history, and identify knowledge concentration to guide transformations.
