Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking a Technical Expert (AI Transformation) to define, prototype, and scale AI-enabled delivery capabilities across our global Professional Services organization. You will lead AI-embedded workflows, improve delivery patterns, and govern responsible AI practices while collaborating with customers across North America and Latin America.

You will mentor junior engineers, work with APIs, SQL, Azure DevOps, and C# while delivering end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with analytical component
• 5+ years in software development, cloud operations, or consulting
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to business workflows
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows with validation, observability, and risk controls
• Experience gathering requirements from customers and building high-quality solutions
• Strong APIs, SQL, programming (C# or similar) background
• Mentoring junior colleagues and delivering end-to-end work
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with travel ability (hybrid schedule)
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and prototyping of AI-embedded delivery capabilities
• Define reusable patterns for AI-enabled work across upgrades, integrations, deployments, and testing
• Govern AI governance and standards for project workflows
• Identify AI-enabled offerings and shape them into repeatable capabilities
• Mentor team members towards mastery of technical skills
• Plan and execute improvements to tools, processes, and documentation
• Develop understanding of Quorum architecture, integration platform, and SDLC processes
• Represent Quorum with customers to gather requirements and resolve issues
