Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years at staff/architect level across multiple teams.
• 8+ years across mainframe and distributed tech, including COBOL/Assembler and Java.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve engineering standards for code quality and CI/CD.
• Conduct architecture reviews and design consultations across Java, .NET, Angular, Python.
• Bridge AI CoE, Cloud, and Security with delivery teams.
• Pilot AI-assisted dev tools and build internal tools for quality and throughput.
• Deliver training and mentor engineers toward architectural thinking.
