Job summary

HCLTech in Edison, NJ is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to lead Java-based, enterprise-scale architectures. You will design scalable, secure systems, mentor teams, and drive AI/GenAI initiatives across programs, leveraging cloud-native tech and big data tools.

The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise architecture, with experience in AI/ML integration and BFSI domains.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Java (14+), Spring Boot, Microservices & Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong experience integrating AI/ML and GenAI into enterprise platforms.
• Solid foundation in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Exposure to Big Data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Data Lakes, Streaming).
• Ability to design end-to-end scalable data + AI platforms.
• Proven leadership in mentoring teams and influencing architectural decisions.
• Experience in BFSI / large enterprise ecosystems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise systems.
• Lead AI/ML and GenAI initiatives (NLP, intelligent automation, copilots, RAG-based systems).
• Define reference architectures and governance standards across programs.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and business stakeholders on high-impact initiatives.
