Talanto is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI infrastructure company in Redwood City, CA for a Forward Deployed Engineer (Post-Sales). You will own post-sales deployments, manage critical enterprise accounts, and contribute to scalable ML workflows in distributed environments.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of post-sales deployments experience.
• Hands-on ML/model training experience.
• Experience deploying software into enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong Python and AWS proficiency.
• Willingness to travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding, deployment, and production rollout of the platform for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for accounts.
• Design scalable workflows spanning compute, storage, networking, and distributed systems across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-prem Kubernetes.
• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into concrete architecture and define the problem.
• Build post-sales deployment playbooks from 0→1 and contribute to team scaling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Research; travel as needed.
