We are seeking a founding Partner Sales Manager, AI Training to shape our commercial strategy, establish key customer relationships, and define go-to-market with strategic partners across the AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, strategic accounts, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with AI companies or ecosystem; existing relationships are a plus.
• Proven track record selling services, data, marketplaces, or talent solutions requiring delivery.
• Strong commercial judgment to navigate ambiguity and prioritize opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive communication.
• Familiarity with AI training concepts (post-training, evaluations, expert data, RL environments, QA).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities across frontier AI organizations, AI training and data companies, AI-native businesses, and partners.
• Partner with customers to understand AI training challenges and shape commercial solutions.
• Own opportunities from outreach through discovery, solution development, negotiation, and close with internal stakeholders.
• Work with the Strategic Projects Lead to assess feasibility and align expectations.
• Develop partnerships with AI ecosystem organizations to create repeatable opportunities and expand high-value relationships.
• Improve the commercial operating model with pipeline management, prioritization, forecasting, pricing insights, and processes.
• Provide market insights and trends to shape the AI Training strategy and investments.
