The position offers flexible hours (10-40 hours/week) and a chance to influence how AI models reason with real-world business knowledge. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise and coaching skills matter most.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team in business analysis or consulting.
• 3-6 years in business analysis, consulting, or domain projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• No AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing business-focused AI training content.
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Conduct thorough QA reviews, identify process improvements, and drive team efficiency.
• Provide structured performance feedback, hands-on coaching, and professional development support.
• Serve as the primary stakeholder contact - communicating project updates clearly and consistently.
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and domain-specific content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, operations, and more.
