Alignerr is seeking a Business Performance Analyst (AI Training) to lead teams creating high-quality AI training content for finance, strategy, and operations. This fully remote hourly contract role emphasizes people management, analytical rigor, and domain expertise.

You will mentor analysts and content specialists, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality output across projects. No prior AI experience is required beyond strong business knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused projects
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery across projects
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and refine processes for efficiency
• Provide constructive performance feedback and coaching
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with clear updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and analytical content
