Job summary

Prolific in the United States is seeking HR and Talent professionals to join our Expert Network. You will help train and evaluate AI models using real HR expertise and may be invited to join Prolific as a paid participant after a quick test.

Tasks pay up to $50 per hour and require about an hour of uninterrupted work, with some tasks shorter. As part of the role, you will review AI outputs, develop HR workflow scenarios, annotate data across use cases, and provide compliance feedback.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive policy data.
• Ability to receive payments via PayPal.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs: review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
• Scenario creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios (performance cycles, benefits enrollment, investigations).
• Data validation: annotate and label data across use cases (offer letters, leave administration, analytics).
• Compliance auditing: provide structured feedback on AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Framework collaboration: work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
