Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Professionals to join our Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models using real‑world HR expertise. If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant and get paid for tasks.

You’ll review AI outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation; create realistic HR workflow scenarios; and validate data across HR use cases. Tasks are flexible and remote.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid‑to‑large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinking—ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive policy or compliance data.
• PayPal account to receive payment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs: review and grade AI-generated HR content.
• Scenario creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios such as performance management, benefits enrollment, and employee investigations.
• Data validation: annotate and label data across use cases including offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Compliance auditing: provide structured feedback on AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Framework collaboration: work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
