Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Raleigh, NC, offers a Customer Service Training Internship beginning May/June 2027. You’ll work with Synthesia, develop templates, and contribute to training effectiveness for our EA division at Siemens Smart Infrastructure.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills.
Comfortable learning new technologies, including AI-based tools.
On-site full-time availability for 12‑week summer internship in Raleigh, NC.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship within 50 miles of Raleigh.
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and continuing after the internship.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-generated training content using Synthesia for Customer Portal adoption.
Convert knowledge articles and documentation into training videos, paths, and assessments.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to capture requirements and validate content.
Create and maintain standardized templates, assets, and knowledge frameworks.
Support governance and continuous improvement for scalable knowledge transfer.
