Job summary

Clipboard Health LLC is seeking an AI Tooling Program Manager to own and scale our internal automation and AI tooling portfolio. This senior individual contributor role defines the roadmap, drives delivery across concurrent initiatives, and partners with Operations leadership to achieve agent efficiency targets.

The role offers a path toward people management within 6–12 months, contingent on performance and demonstrated delivery velocity.

Qualifications

Strong ability to break down complex problems into systems-level solutions and write clear requirements.
Experience defining roadmaps, prioritising constraints, and delivering with engineering teams.
Proven track record of managing projects from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
Ability to influence stakeholders across Ops, Engineering, and Product without escalation.

Responsibilities

Define and own the quarterly roadmap for AI and automation tooling with clear efficiency goals.
Translate ambiguous operational problems into scalable, end-to-end solutions across platforms.
Drive delivery across discovery, scoping, build, and launch for multiple initiatives.
Maintain high execution standards, surface issues early, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve friction and keep initiatives on track.
