Job summary

American International Group (AIG) seeks an AI Workforce Productivity Tool Enablement Leader to shape and scale the enterprise use of AI-enabled productivity, collaboration, and workplace efficiency tools. You will govern adoption, training, and governance across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic Cowork, Claude, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, organizational effectiveness, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in digital workplace, productivity tools, enterprise technology adoption, change management, employee experience, or related roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Anthropic Cowork, Microsoft Cowork and similar productivity and collaboration tools.
• Experience leading enterprise tool adoption, enablement, governance, or transformation initiatives across large or distributed organizations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical technology-enabled solutions and adoption plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, business partners, technical teams, and end users.
• Ability to use data, telemetry, feedback, and business outcomes to measure adoption and continuously improve programs.
• Understanding of security, compliance, records management, privacy, and responsible AI considerations in enterprise productivity tools.
• Experience in product management, product management, or transformation leadership in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to review and validate efficacy of AI powered workforce productivity adoption programs.
• Partner across IT, Legal Enterprise Risk and other stakeholders to ensure tools are enabled within guidelines.
• Define strategy for training, communications and feedback to help employees use approved tools.
• Identify business challenges for value creation addressable by AI workforce tools.
• Develop and execute a workforce productivity tools strategy aligned to priorities and standards.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, usage, satisfaction, productivity gains, and value realization.
• Establish experimentation capabilities for rapid, safe tool testing.
• Define and maintain governance standards for usage and lifecycle practices.
