• Translate ambiguous operational problems into scalable, systems-level solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across discovery, scoping, build, and launch.
• Maintain a high execution bar by addressing issues early and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Ops, Engineering, and Product to resolve friction directly.
