Job summary

GitLab, the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, is seeking a Tech Operations Specialist to keep our AI tooling in sync across the field. You will manage tool inventory, catalog use cases, and ensure access requests are handled efficiently in a fully remote environment.

Reporting to the VP of Enablement & AI, you’ll drive adoption through clear communications, dashboards, and data quality initiatives, helping teams leverage AI responsibly and effectively while contributing to

Qualifications

• Experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or coordination-heavy roles.
• Ability to manage recurring operational processes with attention to detail.
• Interest in AI tooling and ability to learn tool configuration basics.
• Comfort with structured processes like intake forms and access workflows.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of AI tools across the field org.
• Formalize a library of field use cases for AI tools.
• Monitor tool usage and build reports tracking adoption.
• Draft internal announcements for tool rollouts.
• Own intake and processing of access requests for AI tools.
• Support data quality and hygiene of AI tool data (gDrive/datasets).
