Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a Program Manager, EOIR to lead an AI testing and evaluation program for the DOJ EOIR. This role blends executive-level program management with deep technical expertise in AI evaluation and risk management.

The ideal candidate will plan, initiate, and manage IT/AI activities, serving as the primary liaison between business and technical EOIR efforts while guiding a FedRAMP cloud-enabled team through TEVV, red teaming, and IV&V of generative AI and ML models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field with 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Must be able to obtain DOJ Public Trust security clearance.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Technical certifications in AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity (e.g., AWS/Azure).
• Deep domain expertise in AI, LLMs, RAG, ML, and AI red teaming.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, FedRAMP, and Federal IT security/ATO processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT/AI project activities across SOW Tasks 1-5.
• Lead technical staff executing AI TEVV activities and adversarial testing.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical EOIR project aspects.
• Implement PM methodology with risk and configuration management; apply QCP.
• Oversee deliverables: plans, transition, TEVV plans, monthly status reports.
• Manage workforce and telework, report hours and duties to Government Monitor.
• Ensure platforms meet DOJ/EOIR security requirements and ATO readiness.
• Set technical standards for data operations and access control.
