Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a Task Order Manager/Data Architect to lead the EOIR Enterprise Data Infrastructure project for the DOJ EOIR. This role blends executive-level program management with deep data-architecture expertise, guiding a cross-functional team across data engineering, governance, analytics, and security.

The candidate will manage the contract lifecycle, design enterprise database strategies for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, and deliver dashboards with Power BI while

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in a technical discipline.
• 8–10 years in enterprise IT with 5+ years as Data Architect/Data Engineer/EA.
• PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage the EOIR EDI task order; liaison to CO/COR.
• Lead technical staff and ensure deliverables on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Develop program documentation: Task Order Management Plan, QCP, Transition Plans, Telework Plans.
• Coordinate with contract staff to ensure integrated IT support for EOIR.
