Connected Logistics seeks a highly skilled Task Order Manager/Data Architect to lead an EOIR Enterprise Data Infrastructure contract. The role blends executive program management with deep data architecture expertise across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The candidate will design enterprise data standards, pipelines, governance, and dashboards (Power BI), ensuring compliance with DOJ/FISMA/FedRAMP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOJ Public Trust security clearance (candidates with active or recent Public Trust or higher clearance preferred).
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years as Data Architect/Data Engineer/Enterprise Architect.
Minimum of 5 years IT Project/Program Management experience, preferably managing Firm-Fixed-Price Federal contracts.
PM/QA and data governance documentation, dashboards and executive reporting, and transition plans are expected.

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage the EOIR EDI task order as primary liaison to CO/COR.
Lead and supervise technical staff to meet deliverables on time, budget, and standards.
Develop Task Order Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, Transition Plans, and Telework Management Plans.
