Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Task Order Manager/Data Architect for the EOIR Enterprise Data Infrastructure contract with the DOJ. This hybrid on-site/telework role is based in the National Capital Region, with relocation to Falls Church, VA planned in 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; Master’s preferred.
• PMP certification required; active clearance preferred.
• 8–10 years in enterprise IT with 5+ years as Data Architect/EA.
• 5+ years IT PM experience, preferably with FFP Federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead EOIR EDI task order as primary liaison to CO/COR; ensure deliverables on time and within budget.
• Design enterprise data strategies, standards for data ops, security, and access across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid.
• Develop data pipelines (ETL/ELT), governance artifacts (data dictionaries, lineage) and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee integration of data sources, dashboards (Power BI) and analytics across the EOIR environment.
• Guide data governance and quality programs; produce metadata catalogs, data dictionaries, and roadmaps.
• Prepare Task Order Management Plans, Quality Control Plans, transition plans, and status reporting.
