Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a customer experience specialist at the intersection of CX and AI. You will start as a Customer Success Specialist, building deep knowledge of websites, domains, emails, billing, and builder tools while using AI to resolve complex issues for customers.

Progression moves through three stages: Mentor CS Product Expert and finally CX AI Engineer, where you’ll help scale the system, review prompts, and drive innovative solutions for thousands of conversations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Deep technical troubleshooting in hosting, infrastructure, networking, or similar areas.
• Understanding of web hosting fundamentals (domains, DNS, email systems, websites setup).
• Already using AI to build or automate processes in your work.
• Ability to make technical complexity clear for non-technical customers.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and fluid responsibilities as the role evolves.

Responsibilities

• Stage 1: Build deep product knowledge across websites, domains, emails, billing, and builder tools, and solve complex issues with AI assistance.
• Stage 2: Mentor CS Product Expert by sharing knowledge and supporting customers while helping team growth.
• Stage 3: CX AI Engineer: manage the AI chatbot system, review prompts, identify patterns at scale, and drive innovation.
