Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge between customers and our Product and Engineering teams. You’ll own complex technical inquiries from end to end, understanding Higgsfield's products, APIs, models, and infrastructure while driving requests through resolution.

You’ll translate customer questions into clear technical problems, coordinate with Engineering and Product to prioritize high-impact issues, and surface recurring gaps to improve products and the customer

Qualifications

• Strong technical fluency across products, APIs, and workflows.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as TPM or similar.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex issues.
• Ability to translate technical context for engineers and customers.
• Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on multiple workstreams.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical customer inquiries and escalations from start to finish.
• Become deeply knowledgeable about Higgsfield's products, models, and APIs.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with teams to resolve.
• Translate customer questions into actionable technical next steps.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to prioritize issues and ensure follow-through.
• Identify patterns and surface gaps, bugs, and feature requests.
• Build processes and tooling to scale tech-customer support.
• Help customers navigate complex use cases and maximize Higgsfield's tech.
