Job summary

Higgsfield AI in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge customers and Product/Engineering teams. You’ll own complex technical customer inquiries from end to end—understanding what customers are trying to accomplish, investigating issues, coordinating with the right technical teams, and driving requests through resolution.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of Higgsfield's products, APIs, models, and technical infrastructure while identifying patterns across

Qualifications

• Strong technical fluency and ability to quickly understand complex products, APIs, systems, and workflows.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Program Management or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in ambiguous technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and customers.
• Exceptional ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Strong prioritization skills in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical customer inquiries and escalations from initial request through resolution.
• Become deeply knowledgeable about Higgsfield's products, models, APIs, capabilities, and technical workflows.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with Engineering and Product to drive resolution.
• Translate customer questions and business requirements into clear technical problems and actionable next steps.
• Communicate technical concepts, limitations, workarounds, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product to prioritize high-impact customer issues and ensure timely follow-through.
• Identify patterns across customer inquiries and surface recurring product gaps, bugs, feature requests, and opportunities.
• Build processes, documentation, and tooling that improve how we manage and resolve technical customer requests as we scale.
• Help customers navigate complex use cases and get the most out of Higgsfield's technology.
