Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
3+ years of design and implementation of AI solutions.
3+ years of experience with machine learning, LLMs, RAG and AI solutions.
3+ years of experience with differentiable programming libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and database manipulation libraries (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Pandas, PySpark).
Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA public trust or Top‑Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of AI initiatives from concept through deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
Define AI architecture, technical standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
Provide expert guidance to AI teams and stakeholders on technology selection, solution design, risk management, and implementation priorities.
Help establish practical AI governance for secure, compliant, and trustworthy use of AI.
Mentor engineers, data professionals, and business teams to strengthen AI knowledge and delivery discipline.
