Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.

• Experience building and scaling large engineering teams in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data pipelines, applications, and AI/ML capabilities at enterprise scale.
• Define engineering standards: code quality, testing, documentation, security.
• Manage multiple engineering managers to scale teams and delivery.
